I keep getting lost trying to find my old Facebook posts. Is there a straightforward method to view all my shared content without endlessly scrolling through my profile?
What’s the most efficient way to access a list of all my posts, maybe using something like an “Activity Log”? I’m a bit confused about where to find it and if it’s the right tool for this purpose. Any tips on the simplest way to review my post history?

    Sure thing!
Quick Tip: The best way to track down all your posts is through your Activity Log, conveniently located in your profile page menu.
Although manual scrolling on your timeline can sometimes work for recent posts, the Activity Log is specifically designed for this task.
To locate it, navigate to your profile, click on the three-dots menu, and then opt for ‘Activity Log’. Once there, you can use various filters to organize your posts. Select ‘Your posts’ to see a comprehensive history of your text updates, photos, and videos. Additionally, you can filter by date or year to swiftly pinpoint the specific post you’re looking for.
    Hope this helps!
    Warm regards,
    Sean
