Although manual scrolling on your timeline can sometimes work for recent posts, the Activity Log is specifically designed for this task.
To locate it, navigate to your profile, click on the three-dots menu, and then opt for ‘Activity Log’. Once there, you can use various filters to organize your posts. Select ‘Your posts’ to see a comprehensive history of your text updates, photos, and videos. Additionally, you can filter by date or year to swiftly pinpoint the specific post you’re looking for.
